¿What is the Composition of our Reusable Hygienic Masks ?
1. Outer Layer of 220 grm Polyester Lycra Cloth (90% Polyester / 10% Elastano) with your design or standar design.
2. Two side openings on the inside for Filters that are 2 layers of Spunlaced material (have a useful life of 30 uses).
Its the best cloth for masks due to its filtering capacity and composition (50,4% cellulose and 49,6% synthetic). This cloth exceeds the requirements of the UNE 0064-1:20220 Standar for Hygienic Masks since it is used in Surgical Masks whose demand parameters are muchhigher.
3. Inner layer of cotton satin cloth ( 100% cotton).

We have 2 options:
1. Standar designs on our website you can see the standard designes and you can buy them simply by entering where it says "buy your mask" and you will enter on the online software to choese the model, size and units.

IMPORTANT !
Before use, wash the mask !
They can be whased (maximum temperature 40º C) up to 60 times without losing effectiveness. However if you put the filters can be used more times.
In each wash, remove the part of the filter, located between the two layers of cloth. Afer washing, put the filters back between the two layers. The filter is not washed or irones. The mask can ironed on the inside, the outside can not ironed.
